Spaghetti with anchovies

Ingredients

350 gr spaghetti
400 gr anchovies
200 gr tomatoes
Oregano
1 clove of garlic
Basil
Extra virgin oil
Pepper
Salt

Preparation

In a pan fry gently in oil the clove of garlic and remove it when golden. Add the anchovies (clean and boneless), oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes, then add the sliced tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
Prepare spaghetti in salted water, drain and season with the anchovies. Add basil (chopped) and serve.
