Spaghetti with anchovies
Ingredients350 gr spaghetti
400 gr anchovies
200 gr tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin oil
PreparationIn a pan fry gently in oil the clove of garlic and remove it when golden. Add the anchovies (clean and boneless), oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes, then add the sliced tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
Prepare spaghetti in salted water, drain and season with the anchovies. Add basil (chopped) and serve.
