Rosemary fritters


10 gr yeast
1 branch of rosemary, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
100 gr flour
50 gr water
1 egg
a pinch of salt


Melt yeast in tepid water. Add flour a little at a time, then rosemary, salt and chopped garlic. Lastly, add the egg. Let it rise for 20/30 minutes.
With a spoon make little balls and fry in seed oil. When ready, salt and serve.
