Marjoram broth


Ingredients for 6
400 gr small size pasta
2 l water
80 gr butter
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 eggs
60 gr grated parmesan
3 tablespoon marjoram, fresh, minced


Bring to boil water together with butter and garlic; when it is boiling add the pasta and season to taste with salt.
In a bowl mix eggs, parmesan and marjoram. When the pasta is ready add the mixture, whisk a couple of times and then serve.
