Lamb hamburger with mint and pine nuts

450 gr not fat lamb meat, minced
1 small red onion, chopped
50 gr pine nuts
2 tablespoons mint, fresh, chopped
Salt and pepper
4 helpings of pitta bread or Panini
75 gr feta
PreparationPut in a bowl meat, onion, pine nuts, mint, salt and pepper and mix to knead.
Divide with your hands the dough and prepare 4 hamburgers, pressing them with your palms. Cover and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cook the hamburgers for 4-5 minutes for each side, turning them once only, until the coming out secretions are light.
Warm the pita (or toast Panini). Cut to pieces the feta. Fill the pita with the hamburger, the green salad and sprinkle with the feta.
