Hyssop liqueur


For a liter of alcohol of 90 °:
a big fist of fresh hyssop flowers
200/330 g of sugar and a liter of water


Let marinate the alcohol for 15 days.
Filter it.
Make a sugar syrup, mix it.
Fare uno sciroppo di zucchero, mescolare.
Put the liqueur in a bottle and let it stand a whole month before tasting it.
Let it age.
