Honey and lavender ice cream


2,5 dl yogurt
2,5 dl milk
100 gr fluid honey
a handful lavender flowers
3 eggs


Mix in a pot with a whisk honey, milk, yogurt and eggs. Thicken the mix over medium heat. Add lavender flowers and pour it into an ice bowl and put it in the freezer. After 1 hour, mix it and put it in the fridge. Do it another time and then let the ice cream become totally cold.
