Fresh baby onions and lemon balm
Ingredients1 bunch baby onions, fresh
1 sprig lemon balm
2 slices canned pineapple
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons vinegar
1 dl red wine
1 pinch sugar
Salt and pepper
PreparationClean baby onions, wash and cut them in slices. Cut leek in halves, wash and cut it in slices. Peel orange, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Make the same with apple and pineapple. Clean lemon balm, wash and chop it thinly. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix gently.
Prepare the dressing: first mix all the ingredients, then add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Add it to the salad. You can sprinkle over chopped parsley. Serve.
